Standard Terms and Conditions for Madison Finance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Madison Finance (“We”, “Us”, “Our”), a mortgage broker operating in the UK. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Services

Madison Finance provides mortgage brokering services and advice to assist you in finding an appropriate mortgage. We act as an intermediary between lenders and individuals seeking to secure a mortgage.

2. Authority to Proceed

By engaging our services, you give us permission to contact lenders on your behalf to seek mortgage offers.

3. Our Obligations

We will use our best efforts to secure a suitable mortgage offer based on the information you provide us. However, we do not guarantee that we will be able to secure a mortgage offer.

4. Your Obligations

You are required to provide us with accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge. Your failure to do so may result in unsuitable mortgage offers or no offers at all.

5. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay us a fee for our services as outlined in our Fee Agreement. Payment of the fee is due upon successful completion of a mortgage agreement with a lender.

6. Data Protection

We will handle all personal data in compliance with our Privacy Policy and all relevant UK laws and regulations.

7. Complaints

8. Changes to these Terms

By using our services, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.
